While it is an uncommon need, our spare parts kit ensures new sign installations get done smoothly and efficiently. If a part like a module, cable, power supply, or other item is ever used, a simple call to our technical support team will get the replacement part out the door at no cost to our dealer partner or the sign owner.

All signs are in American measurements of “by the foot,” which can give you a comparison to other LED sign suppliers who get bulk shipments from overseas, in which modules are measured in metric sizes. In our 40,000 sq ft facility located in Kentucky, we build our signs for every order and go through rigorous quality testing to ensure every sign is working, up and running before it leaves our plant. We build our signs per the dealer partner’s guidance so they have an easy-to-manage sign where they only need to bolt and make connections to get a sign installed. No pieces or parts to put together like those overseas vendors, which from Impact LED Signs makes for less hassle, a drama-free installation, and a sign that works without issue from the first day
